The Professional

Jessica graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2021. Prior to becoming a registered massage therapist, she built a strong foundation in wellness as a bodyworker and aesthetician in high-end spas across Vancouver.


During her time practicing in the city, Jessica expanded her clinical expertise by earning her Manual Lymphatic Drainage Certification and becoming a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. She is deeply passionate about the lymphatic system and has studied various forms of lymphatic drainage in addition to her certification with the Vodder curriculum.

 

Her treatment style is thoughtful and centered around problem-solving. Jessica takes the time to listen to her patients and collaborate with them to improve their overall wellness.

The Person

Jessica has history and roots within the community of Hope. Jessica's family has had a deep relationship with nature and fishing, so as early as infancy you could find Jessica at the Fraser River in Hope. During the many years spending summers and any time off camping in Hope and Yale, Jessica gained an immense appreciation not only for the nature but also the community. Hope has always been home for Jessica, so it feels especially right to be serving the community of Hope in any way she can.

Outside of the clinic you can find Jessica by the riverside reading the latest horror or mystery novel she has picked up at Baker's Books or the local library. Jessica also finds joy in identifying local plant species and often goes on 'scavenger hunts' to find certain indigenous plants in Dogwood Valley and beyond.
